M.a.B. Unit removes from the sanitary ware the anti-deformation bars, which are usually kept on it during firing. M.a.B Unit is equipped with 2 - 400 diam - diamond disks rotating at 1600 rev. powered by a CV 7,5 engine. For highest operator’s safety, disks are kept out of reach by a magnetic lock that, if opened, automatically stops machine from running. The sanitary ware is put on a motorized slide moving along circular, grounded and rectified guides. ENCODER engine, which makes sanitary ware moving, allows viewing and changing cut position, in order to optimize production time. The sanitary ware is blocked by a pneumatic piston. Width is adjusted by adding or removing some stainless steel shims. M.a.B Unit is equipped with a pump for water recycling and with a drawer for collecting cut pieces. M.a.B. Unit is completely realized in AISI 304 stainless steel and it is equipped with automatic opening doors.
