BS-07 Siphon Glazing Unit has been designed and realized using best quality materials. It is entirely made of stainless steel to avoid rust forming, (rotation bearings on the work top too are in stainless steel). It is equipped with W.C. blocking and rotation systems in order to get an easy glazing action and with larger-sized pistons. BS-07 Siphon Glazing Unit conforms to all European safety standards. The W.C. is placed onto an horizontal top - coated with rubber in order to avoid shocks ad damages - and it is blocked in the upper part by an air piston. The upper rim of the W.C. is manually glazed using a pump equipped wit an expansion tank (which avoids glazing pulsation). Once the upper rim of the W.C. and the discharge siphon have been entirely glazed, the sanitary ware is rotated by 90° so as to allow glazing in the inner part. BS-07 Siphon Glazing Unit can be perfectly adapted to any type of W.C. thanks to the possibility of adjusting both height and length of the blocking pistons. BS-07 Siphon Glazing Unit can be realized wit 1 or 2 positions; in the latter version the 2 working arms are absolutely independent from each other, in order to optimize operators’ work. The tank is purposely designed and realized to allow its complete emptying with the least effort. BS-07 Siphon Glazing Unit is CE marked.
