A new turbine mixer with a capacity of 16.000 lt. and another one with a capacity of 6.000 lt. were delivered to Ceramica Azzurra S.p.A. and to Ceramica Flaminia S.p.A. The high quality and reliability of METALTECNICA’s Turbine Mixers are at the foundation of the choice of the a. m. two leading companies in the sanitary ware production field.

The stirrer is made up of a tough bedplate in metal tubular lying on 4 wheels to make it sliding. The stirring body is made up of a motor with a changer on the engine axis in stainless steel.A marine propeller is connected and is complete with all the necessary shape characteristics. The vertical movement of the rotation unit is obtained by means of a pneumatic piston as well as guides of retention of the loads with respect to the vertical plane. Everything is closed inside a cage where will be found the stirrer and during the working steps, also the paint tub.The cage is fitted with 2 doors for its opening. The mixer in its turn may be equipped with an electric speed changer with a display for controlling the number of revolutions.
